The Truth and The Lies:

Well once again It has raised It’s ugily head, and as always I will not name names on this blog. What I’m talking about is those who feel the need to put out there photos and videos of falsehoods. those who delight in giving honest hard-working researchers a bad name in this field of, dare I say it, BigFooting.

Even when the hoaxers go to the main stream media with their falsehoods and give their false interviews. They are always found out in the end, and it sends ripples through our community thus making us all look like fools in the worlds eyes.Iam really very tired of it.

There are so many groups out there that are working so hard to bring the big man to  the world and can not get any respect for their work and hours spent in the field because of the Hoaxers. In my opinion I say don’t give these fools the time of day.Let it be known to all of them that they will no longer be given time in this community. We must distance our selfs from them and let the world know that they do not speak for us and are not even a part of our world.

We have men of science who are looking to answer their own questions on this subject who are now being treated poorly by others at their universitys. These are brave men and women and these are the kind who need to be seen in our world. So give them your time and interviews. And lets stop giving time to the fools.

Lake StubbleField Night Report:

The night had cooled off and had become nice. We sat in the darkness by the water for a good while, just listening to the frogs and a gator somewhere in the distant. Fish was hitting the water feeding and I wish I had my poll to throw out a few time. I was laughing at Travis because the frogs were so loud it was all he could here in the earphones and it was hurting his ears

We desided to Move on to a very remote area away from the water and set up for sound. It was very dark sitting in these piney woods but the smell of sweet pine was in the air and I just love that. The moon was haunting slowly coming out of the trees. Here all was quiet, and we sat there enjoying this world that was the east Texas piney woods.

Like I said it was very quiet almost to quiet Travis said and we set up to listen closer. We heard pine needles drop and leaves fall. The wind would pick up now and then. But than we hear a few large sticks brake and then nothing for a long time. The wind picked up again and brought with it the smell of fresh dug earth. maybe its pigs Travis said but it sounds more like digging thru the mic than rutting like pigs.

IT was very late and we had heard no sounds of the big man and decided to go back to the water for a while.Travis began to back up and we hit something!Thinking it was a bush Travis pulled up some and then backed up some more and truck was moved and at that time something begain to pound on the backend and then the side.I told Travis go-go and we went from the area.

We stopped by the boat ramp and found and took photos of what seems to be large hand and finger prints. I need to add that we saw nothing do this but felt it all. We are making no claims of what it was. But it was a wild night is all I will say.

Hoaxing Whats The Point..

When I go into the field what I look for is a good clear photo of the big man, or some good video. I also look for foot prints to cast or even an audio recording to put in my library. I would love to find some good DNA. I have to tell you that field work in damn hard work,I mean it is hot and dry in my neck of the woods and sun stroke is always a worry with us.

What I’m saying is this work is hard enough and sometime with only little to show for your efforts. When you do find something that makes this all worth while to you. So many times it’s not that great to the bigfoot community and there are a lot of harsh critics out there  just waiting to bust your chops.

So I say what is the point of hoaxing. This just does no one any good and the person who does it seems to always  get found out. I will name no one here because that’s not my way.  But it really bothers me to see my team work so hard in the field to bring our little bit to the world just to see a big time HOAXSER getting attention in all the blogs and BigFoot news reports. There are a lot of us who are working hard in the field who have a lot to say that is true. We have our own personal experiences we could tell.

By giving these HOAXERS time all we are doing is giving them what they want, ATTENTION! I want to hear about the people who are working hard to really bring something to the world about BigFoot. Those men and women who are out there on their days off, sweating in the field and working hard to bring something to the table for all to see. People who are honest in there work.

So its time to stop giving the HOAXSERS want they want and to get back to the real boots on the ground. The real field workers  and there real experiences.

Field Report : The River

Travis and I went to retrieve gamecams that had been set out about a week ago. I like to move them around in our search areas to new places after a week are two. The cams don’t yield much but I still thank they are a good tool, because they sometimes get messed with in this area.

We walked some new trails this time that took us deeper into the forest and it was very quiet and still. The rains we had cut our noise in the dry leaves and we walked slowly over the  trails.Off in the distance we suddenly heard what sounded like wood knock echo through the trees and headed that way, but found nothing.

There is a wooden bridge that crosses the river and it is damp and slippery after the rains. We heard something fall on the bridge and headed that way. But again there was nothing to see. Well the hours passed and so we picked up our gamecams and started out of the woods.

Even when nothing is found it is still a good day just to be out in the quiet lonely places. I think that’s the only reason I do this, and I want to see the big man again.

New Field Report: The River

Well I took another long and hot walk to the river again. With us this time was Lupe one of our lead researchers and good friend. I truly thought this was just going to be a day of cooling off in the river, but it turned into a day of great finds and a shouting match with something in the forest not to far us. These creatures would make a call and then we would call back and then they would make calls back to us. there was two of them and they seemed to make a game out of it. But soon stopped.

The discoveries we made were all good, we found and made casts of tracks that had steps of 39″ . We set out gamecams in good areas and found more tracks along the river.Where we put up another cam. We traveled into the deep forest along the river for a while and came back so Lupe and Brandon could make the casts. While the plaster was drying we went on tracking and we began the hear whups again but this time from the other side of the river. We listened for a while and then made a few  calls but they didn’t seem to want to play the game this time and stopped. We also my have got two on video and I have been working with tape and it looks like we may have something here. I have posted it in our group site. TUNR. We will check our gamecams in a week to see if we were lucky.

Field Report

Walked a long road to the river yesterday, Brandon went with me. This area is behind our normal search area. I wanted to put up a gamecam back here because of reports we had gathered here in the past. The lone star trail runs through here and we will need to walk some of it to get to the river. The day is quiet out here and the forest is very still.

Walking this old logging road seems to take us back in time and for a while we don’t talk. We just listen to the quiet stillness that’s around us and dozens of butterfly’s that are in the air around us and on the ground. This is the life I love to live. searching for Sasquatch is just an excuse to be out here in the forest for me. After 38 years of this I know the big man is real. Some people may not agree with me, but I don’t really care what they think, or what they think of me.

We could hear the river before we got to because a log jam had made a small waterfall and it was a nice sound to hear. When we got to the bridge that crossed over the river I sat down to cool off a while. It was  very hot on the old logging road and I was wishing for a cool breeze.

Brandon went about tracking the area and for a good spot to set up the gamecam. He called me over after an hour to show me some very old tracks he’d found. They had been made when the ground was wet and muddy from our last good rain.We took photos and found one still worth casting. I went to the trail and found some larger tracks. These were 14″ long  and the others were 13″ inches long but they were in bad shape and hogs had stepped on them.

I went down a sandy trail to see if I could find better tracks and was surprised to find large cat prints just a day old . So we set the gamecam here hoping to get photos. Than we went back to measure the tracks we found.

I was hot so I went to cool off  some in the river and found my self thinking about the big man here in Texas, and wondering how he can stand the heat with  all his hair. I was feeling better now and got to laughing at myself because that big guy is probably doing the same thing as I am somewhere on this same river. Well I got up and we headed to the house as darkness was getting closer and Brandon asked me what I had been laughing at so I told him.
